The 16th Zsigmondy Colloquium of the Colloid Society e.V. took place at the Heinrich Heine University (HHU) in Düsseldorf under particular conditions (at the beginning of the Covid 19 pandemic).

From March 9th to 11th, 2020, almost 90 participants discussed the latest research results and properties of (soft) colloids, polymers, and interfaces.
The scientific program comprised 34 lectures; two invited lectures, and 38 poster contributions.
Poster Awards
Cassia Lux (TU Darmstadt) and Lucila Navarro (FU Berlin) received awards for the best posters.
